What is EzCollect and what features does EzCollect 4.0 have?

EzCollect is a web-based, online collection management system that is accessible 24-hours a day from any web browser in the world. The EzCollect technology is proprietary and was developed by ICS over several years. It continues to be enhanced, and EzCollect 4.0 is the latest version. Access to EzCollect is only available through ICS, and it is included with all of our collection plans. We developed EzCollect after finding that the existing off-the-shelf collection programs could not be tailored to meet our individual clients' needs. In addition, we wanted to provide our clients with continuous communication and status, and we found that the best way to do this was to provide them with easy, anytime access to the status of all of their accounts online. The tool allows both ICS and our clients to enter data into the system, so we stay in sync at all times. The system reflects real-time status, so updates are available immediately, and the system keeps a running history of every contact (calls, letters, etc.) that is made with an account. EzCollect also provides access to reporting & analysis capabilities so that our clients can easily generate reports showing status and amounts collected. What type of reports can I run in EzCollect?

You can run detailed reports on all activity related to your accounts. Graphical reports show you at-a-glance how much of your money has been collected and how many accounts are Active, Suspended, or Closed.
